  • Printing services for customer-submitted designs.

All products are printed on DTF transfer sheets and shipped to the customer. We do not sell physical products like t-shirts or bags. Customers can use the transfers on a variety of surfaces, including t-shirts, bags, and more.

2. Order and Shipping Policy

A. Processing and Shipping

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Digital downloads may be offered in the future.

B. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within the first 6 hours after placement.
  • Beyond this period, cancellations are only possible if the printing process has not yet begun.
  • No refunds are offered, as all products are custom-made and personalized.

3. Payments

  • Payments are securely processed via Etsy.
  • Prices are subject to change. We may run promotions, discounts, or sales periodically.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any designs they upload do not violate intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights.
  • Designs submitted by users must comply with all applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All customizable and pre-designed templates provided on our site are the intellectual property of Create Your DTF.
  • These designs may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without purchase.
  • Purchased designs are licensed for physical product printing (e.g., t-shirts, bags) and may be used commercially in such applications.

6. Legal Use of Designs

  • Customers may use purchased DTF transfers for both personal and commercial purposes. This includes creating and selling physical products such as t-shirts, bags, and other items.
  • Designs may not be resold in digital format or redistributed.

7. Age Restrictions

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or use our services. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  • We strive to ensure accurate and high-quality prints. However, we are not responsible for:
    • Errors in customer-submitted designs.
    • Improper use of DTF transfers after delivery.
    • Any loss or damage arising from third-party shipping delays or mishandling.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Cancellation and Refunds

Exchange Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, exchanges are not accepted. Only defective or faulty products are eligible for exchange
